Custom Labor Relations Videos
Labor Relations Services, Inc. understands that each of our clients possess a certain work environment culture, group of employees and set of issues and concerns that are unique to them.  Not only can our professionals design a tailor-made program best suited to your labor relations needs, we can create custom videos for your organization as well.

Research has demonstrated that videos can be one of the most effective means of communications between employers and employees.  As a matter of fact, our experience has shown that when provided with their own personal copy of a corporate video, employees typically view the material an additional 2.4 times, which is considerably better than the typical single exposure to information in an orientation setting.  In addition, an employee’s spouse or significant other typically views the material as well, which ultimately helps with employee “buy-in.”
